Demate Constant Temperature and Humidity Testing Chamber is equipped with inspection apparatus including Zeiss and Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, Renishaw laser interferometers, Mitutoyo height gauges, electron microscopes, and roundness testers. Motor product testing employs a 20kNm torque motor test bench, cradle module ageing test bench, linear motor test bench, comprehensive motor characteristic tester, magnet characteristic tester, and 1000x electron microscope. This ensures both incoming and outgoing products undergo inspection with the industry's most specialised capabilities.

A 5,000m² temperature-controlled production workshop, featuring various marble module assembly platforms and turntable module assembly platforms, ensures the high quality and consistency of our products.

We have established a dedicated 20,000+m² temperature-controlled machining workshop, ensuring consistently high machining quality and enabling us to maintain full control over the precision component manufacturing standards and delivery schedules.
