First, precautions before purchase 1. When purchasing, please check the scope of use environment with our sales staff, do not use in corrosive environments such as sulfur and production of phobohydrate gas, which will lead to line breakage or poor contact. 2. When selecting, please check the usage requirements and motor parameters with our sales staff to ensure the scientific use.

Second, precautions for operation and use

1. This product is manufactured as a precision mechanical part and is generally used in the machinery industry, please have professional knowledge and experience technicians to operate.

2. When operating, please be sure to use it in accordance with the operating specifications of the product.

3. When there are special requirements in the application environment, such as cables, motor installation methods, etc., please be sure to contact our sales staff to confirm to prevent accidents and avoid unnecessary abductions.

4. All terminals of this equipment are not allowed to be plugged and unplugged with electricity to prevent damage to the motor and driver.

5. The ground wire of the motor must be grounded.

6. Do not prevent the control signal line of the equipment from being in the same conduit or winding it into a bundle with the power line (main power line, motor power line, etc.).

7. Do not touch the moving parts of the motor while the motor is running.

Third, follow-up maintenance precautions,

1. When storing equipment, please note: temperature control within -20°C to +60°C: humidity: within 85%, placed in a dust-free, clean, non-corrosive gas, abrasive liquid, metal powder, oil-free environment

2. When moving, wiring, maintaining, inspecting, etc., please cut off the power supply for more than 3 minutes before operating. Cut off the power supply for about 2-3 minutes, and there is still voltage residue on the power line, so do not touch the equipment hastily.

3. Frequent disconnection/turning on of the power supply will lead to the deterioration of the main circuit components, please turn on the power again for more than one minute after cutting off the power supply, and the frequency of the switching power supply is limited to "2 times/3 minutes".
